Requirements

  • Higher education in economics, business, finance or mathematics.
  • 3 years of experience in sales (management or similar position), in large organisations, 1000+ headcount with B2B Sales Team of no less than 60 Sales Professionals.
  • Working experience in multinational, globally-focused digital business (preferred) or other professional services.
  • Clear demonstration of hitting and exceeding project plans.
  • Project management and roadmapping experience.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and able to help facilitate change.
  • Ability and desire to process and solve complex problems while balancing many cross-functional stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Experience with sales territory management, sales compensation planning, and sales analytics.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman Strategic Selling, MEDDIC or SPIN Selling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fast learner with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Solution-orientated with “can-do” attitude.
  • Stress resistance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Advanced English is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Office (Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure aligned, quality and on-time strategy and business planning, KPIs setting of the sales organizations, and coordinate related activities.​
  • Ensure accurate and relevant revenue forecasting.​
  • Monitor revenue metrics and understand how they are performing against our KPIs.
  • Ensure a high level of operation maturity of sales organisations by continuously highlighting areas of improvement and coaching Sales Professionals and Sales Leaders.​
  • Coordinate GTM plan execution, and ensure execution consistency by providing Sales Leaders with a clear picture of a complete set of enabling activities and their status and ROI. ​
  • Ensure efficient cross-functional collaboration.​
  • Execute on projects to improve our BDR and Demand generation efficiency
  • Help drive key operational metrics for the sales organization like quota attainment, pipeline coverage, stage conversion rates
  • Support Sales Leaders’ decisions with data-driven insights.​
  • Onboard newcomers, ensure fast and efficient ramp-up and provide Sales Professionals lifecycle assessment.​
  • Risks assessment for revenue-related activities.​
  • Ensure compliance of revenue org with corporate governance practices, ​
  • Act as a change manager to effectively implement company changes and strategic initiatives.
  • Leading one of the Sales Centers of Excellence (Sales, Presales, Account Management).

Vacancy description
