About us
We believe it's all about the people. Right people. Since 2014, we’ve been helping CxOs of technology companies world-wide to get access to the most talented software engineers building software solutions for large enterprises, new ventures, and NGOs in the most risk-proof and cost-effective way possible. I will describe our main principles: Principle 1: Experienced developers only. We don’t have Junior developers, so the teams consist of Middle + engineers who like to share knowledge, brainstorm, and invent new approaches to engineering. Principle 2: Put people first. We confess a religion in which people are more important than processes. In which the happiness of our employees is the most important business metric. Principle 3: Do not work with jackassesjackass. We check each client for adequacy, money, and long-term project. If at least one of the three points does not match, we do not continue the work. It helps to build open and honest “client-developer” communication.
