We are a Swiss-based data center developer with a strong presence in Northern Europe, specifically in the Netherlands, Finland, and Norway. These regions are our primary markets due to our expertise in heat recovery. Our specialization lies in efficiently utilizing excess heat from data centers. Instead of allowing this heat to be wasted, we redirect it to industrial heat consumers, providing them with hot water. In the Netherlands, we collaborate with some of the largest greenhouse operators to supply essential heat. In Norway, we focus on commercial heating solutions, and in Finland, we are involved in district heating projects. Our approach involves constructing data centers close to heat consumers and integrating directly into their boiler rooms and piping systems, becoming a key heat supplier for these locations. Our projects are driven by a commitment to energy efficiency. By recycling heat energy, we not only support sustainability efforts, which are crucial for Europe’s green initiatives, but we also contribute to the economic viability of our projects. This dual focus on environmental and economic benefits is a core aspect of our operations.
